SSBP is a non-profit organization established to remediate the former BOPEC terminal plots in accordance with the Remediation Plan. We acquire and manage the necessary funds, coordinate what is required to achieve the remediation, and operate without seeking financial gain or profit.

We focus on responsible stewardship of resources, structured delivery, and transparent communication so stakeholders can follow progress and understand how funds are managed and applied to the remediation effort.
